In this context CRM Group is recruiting a Project Engineer in Sart-Tilman (Liège – Belgium).
What will your responsibilities be?
You will join the Casting department, which is responsible for developing new continuous casting concepts that enable the production of steels with unique properties.
- You will develop and monitor research projects in the field of continuous casting/solidification
- You will work on the design/transformation of casting equipment in collaboration with the Engineering department (mechanical/refractory)
- You will be responsible for testing a hydraulic model simulating continuous casting and evaluating the results.
- You will organise pilot or industrial site trials in collaboration with teams in the field in Belgium or abroad.
Who are you?
- You are an experienced electrical/mechanical engineer.
- You have experience in equipment design and implementation as well as project management.
- You are proactive and have good listening and communication skills, enabling you to work in a team and manage projects.
- You have knowledge of Inventor/AutoCAD and/or MATLAB/Simulink.
- You are fluent in French and English. Spanish is a plus.
