Your main responsibilities :
Production and modification of test equipment and prototypes:
– assembly/modification of mechanical equipment
– production of simple welded mechanical assemblies (chassis, roller supports, etc.)
– supervising/monitoring subcontractors for the production of parts in the workshop or the installation of equipment on site
· Ensuring the mechanical preparation and configuration of the pilot line before and after test campaigns.
· Participating in the conduct of tests with the team and acting as a control room operator (operating the line during tests)
· Equipment maintenance – continuous improvement: monitoring and implementing a preventive maintenance plan, rectifying any issues identified.
· Proposing, actively participating in and implementing improvements to the line’s facilities.
· Safety: monitoring safety measures and drafting procedures.
Your profile
- A technician with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience in the industrial sector.
- Experience in mechanical assembly / fabrication of welded mechanical assemblies in an industrial environment.
- Understanding of mechanical drawings and the ability to produce simplified mechanical drawings/sketches.
- Broad technical knowledge: basic understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, welding, gearing/fitting.
- Compliance with industrial safety standards and regulations.
