Calibration Services
Accreditation and Standards Compliance
Our calibration services are accredited under BELAC reference 267-CAL. Details of the competencies covered by this accreditation can be found here. We adhere to the requirements of standard NBN EN ISO 7500-1 and comply with the international standard ISO/IEC 17025. The accuracy class we offer is 0.5, in accordance with NBN EN ISO 7500.
Calibration Capabilities
Our equipment covers a comprehensive range of loads, including:
- Tensile test machine calibration from 0.1 to 1000 kN (dynamometry)
- Load cell calibration from 0.1 to 1000 kN (dynamometry)
In our pyrometer calibration laboratory, we utilize three highly stable black body furnaces (with emissivity better than 0.998), two standard pyrometers, and one standard platinum resistance thermometer. This setup allows us to cover a unique temperature range from 50°C to 1600°C. We calibrate all brands and models of infrared pyrometers, including short and broad wavelength pyrometers, two-color and multi-wavelength pyrometers, as well as line scanners and thermographic cameras.
For certain types of equipment, we can fine-tune the calibration curve, provided the necessary technical details and features are available to our pyrometer calibration team. Our current accredited range covers temperatures from 300°C to 1600°C, in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025.
