In this context, CRM Group is strengthening its teams to meet this need and is looking for a pilot line electrician (M/F/X) for its Sart-Tilman site (Liège, Belgium).
What are you doing?
As a Technician within our dynamic R&D team, you will play a key role in developing processes on the continuous annealing and galvanizing pilot line. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensure the preparation and configuration of the electrical aspects of the pilot line before and after test campaigns.
- Participate in testing with the team and act as cabin operator (controlling the line during tests).
- Take charge of small electrical engineering projects related to the modification/modernization of the line or the implementation of new configurations:
- testing and commissioning
- design and cabling
- drawing up electrical plans
- selecting equipment based on specifications
- Maintaining and commissioning different types of sensors.
- Ensuring the electrical reliability of the pilot line.
- Keeping the electrical plans for the pilot line up to date.
- Monitoring safety measures and drafting procedures.
Who are you?
- You have a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering/automation or equivalent experience in the industrial field
- You have solid knowledge of electrical engineering with fairly broad technical skills: understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, sensors, and automation.
- You are flexible enough to work on different projects at the same time.
- You are conscientious, reliable, and rigorous (compliance with standards and procedures).
- You are proactive and have good listening and communication skills for working in a team.
