Etienne Cambier
Etienne has been part of the CRM Group’s Human Resources department for twelve years. His role is to support internal teams by identifying the talent best suited to their needs and fostering their ongoing development. In this capacity, he is also involved in managing training programs, which are essential for enhancing employees' human skills and helping them adapt to evolving professional demands.
Etienne is particularly driven by the opportunity to contribute to the professional growth of the people he hires and by the positive impact they bring to the organization’s projects. Isabelle Tolleneer & Ahmed Rassili
Ahmed and Isabelle are part of the Business Development team at CRM Group. Their role is to support their colleagues in identifying new opportunities to develop ideas within an innovative ecosystem.
Thanks to their strong network across Belgium and Europe and their respective technical backgrounds, they are able to understand the needs of both industrial and research partners. Petra Verleye
With more than 25 years of experience in metals characterization, Petra helps her colleagues understand the behavior and properties of the materials they develop. By listening to their challenges, she provides valuable insights gained from analyzing thousands of samples over the years.
Petra actively supports projects at different stages of the production process, which allows her to maintain a clear view of the final objectives of a new product or process. While she is accustomed to focusing on the details, she appreciates how CRM Group develops solutions that work effectively for its partners in real-life applications.

Lionel Fourdrinier
Lionel is a Program Leader in the CRM Group's Advanced & Smart Surface Solutions / Energy & PV department. With many years of experience at CRM Group, he appreciates being able to align his personal commitment to a fair and sustainable society with his professional missions.
On a daily basis, Lionel works on projects related to the energy transition and the circular economy, while contributing to the implementation of a sustainable development approach fully supported by CRM Group. For Lionel, every day brings a new and stimulating challenge.

Joeri Neutjens
Joeri Neutjens is the CEO of CRM Group. With over 17 years of experience at ArcelorMittal, he developed expertise in R&D, product development, industrialization, supply chain, and operational excellence, holding roles at both the Belgian and European levels.
He joined CRM Group in 2012 as COO and became CEO in early 2019.
Under his leadership, CRM Group has grown into a reference R&D center, recognized not only in the metallurgical sector but also in energy, defense, advanced manufacturing, aeronautics, and circular economy. He is deeply committed to fostering innovation and sustainability across all these sectors.
In addition to his role at CRM Group, Joeri serves as president of two boards and as a member of six others, mainly in R&D associations, clusters, and industrial consortia. Joeri holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering – Metallurgy from the University of Ghent in Belgium as well as an Executive Master’s in Business Administration from ESC-EAP in Paris, France.
